The development of the CCAW addresses the national infrastructure gap in providing mental heath research and evidence-based programming to Canadian agriculture, both preventatively and in times of crisis. CCAW will provide leadership and partnership for grass roots, community-based organizations across the country to increase their positive mental health impact for farming communities.
The Centre will foster existing provincial relationships and explore new partnerships with other provinces and territories ensuring a national scope.
By networking and sharing resources through this outreach, the CCAW will eliminate wasted or redundant dollars and time.
